How Do I Order on the Web site?
Shopping at Cordell is like shopping at your favorite store. Explore our easy-to-use Web site with these steps:

  • Stock Availability is indicated by a "square" or "circle". Click on the appropriate shape underneath the product description for an explanation of how stock availability will affect shipping time.
  • If you're interested in purchasing an item, click on "Buy Now". The item will be placed in your Virtual Shopping Basket. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on "Shopping Basket" in the upper right of your screen. The quantity, description, stock availability and price of each item in your basket will be displayed, along with the total shipping charges and cost.
  • To purchase two or more of the same item, enter the desired amount in the box labeled "Qty" and click.
  • Whenever you change items or quantities in your basket, your total cost (including shipping) will be automatically updated. Remove items from your basket by setting the "Qty" box to "0" and clicking. Or you can start over by clicking at any time.
  • One basket is all you need for shopping at all our specialty stores. Put in as much stuff as you want -- you don't have to carry it!
  • Click the "Checkout Button" when you are finished shopping. You'll be asked to enter your email address and password for easy but secure access to your eAccount.
  • If this is your first time shopping, you'll be asked to fill in some basic information to "Create an eAccount". Please be assured that this information is encrypted for security.

Why do I need an eAccount?

After you fill in your password, you will be asked to supply a "hint". If you ever forget you password, we will tell you your hint to help you remember.

Once you access your eAccount, you'll have a chance to double-click the contents of your basket. If you want to change anything, click on the "Edit Quantity" located right above your product listings.

Your billing and shipping address will be automatically retrieved from your eAccount. Click on "edit info" to change any of this information.

For quicker checkout, you have the option of storing your credit card information in your secure eAccount. If you don't have this information stored, or if you would like to change your method of payment, please adjust the appropriate entries, including expiration date and name for credit cards.

Click on "Checkout" to place your order.

An order confirmation page will be displayed with all the information about your order, including an Order ID number in the upper right corner. Please save or print this page for your records. We will begin reviewing your order immediately.

Order Acceptance Policy

If you're paying with a money order or cashier's, personal or company check, write your Order ID number on the check and please mail with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:
